- • As a Customer Support Engineer - Tier 2 at Zimperium, you will serve as a technical expert supporting customers using the company’s mobile threat defense solutions, ensuring high satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for Android applications, troubleshooting complex issues with cross-functional teams, maintaining technical documentation, and staying current with advancements in mobile platform development and security.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative team at Zimperium, a global leader in mobile security trusted by governments and enterprises, dedicated to protecting mobile applications and devices from evolving cyber threats using AI-driven, on-device protection.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mobile application security, enhance your troubleshooting and communication skills, and contribute directly to customer success and product improvement through collaboration with engineering and product teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering field
- • 5+ years of experience in customer support or service roles, preferably with software security technologies
- • Strong understanding of mobile application development and support, including Android/iOS, Android Studio, Xcode, Java, scripting languages, and SQL
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Self-motivated with extensive troubleshooting abilities and customer-oriented mindset
