You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our salon partners, across Europe, maximize the value they derive from our cutting-edge software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, localized support in German, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for our clients.
- • This role is designed for a dedicated and experienced support professional who thrives on resolving issues swiftly, troubleshooting technical complexities, and nurturing strong client relationships. You will be the voice of Salonkee for many of our partners, directly influencing their satisfaction, loyalty, and overall success with our platform.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of client interactions, primarily through phone calls, supplemented by chat and email support. The overarching goal is to provide rapid assistance and ensure all client inquiries are resolved efficiently, ideally within a 24-hour timeframe, maintaining Salonkee's commitment to outstanding service.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be providing technical support. This includes troubleshooting a wide range of issues, from login problems and general system errors to more complex hardware-related queries. You will guide salon partners through initial setup processes and intricate configurations, ensuring their Salonkee platform is optimized for seamless daily operations and maximum efficiency.
- • Beyond technical assistance, you will also be the go-to person for billing and subscription management. This involves addressing client queries related to payments, invoices, subscription changes, and renewals. Clarity, accuracy, and a helpful demeanor are paramount when handling these sensitive financial discussions, ensuring clients feel confident and supported.
- • A key differentiator for Salonkee is our proactive approach to customer success. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage in regular check-ins with our partners. This proactive engagement allows you to anticipate needs, identify potential challenges before they escalate, and address any emerging churn risks. By fostering strong, trust-based relationships, you will contribute significantly to client retention and long-term loyalty.
