  • • The Customer Support Manager (Silent Sentinel) at Motorola Solutions is responsible for managing the Silent Sentinel Fixed Video Service business, ensuring customer satisfaction, service delivery, and contract compliance while acting as a single point of contact for customers and subcontractors.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service contracts, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing contract renewals, creating Statements of Work, executing purchase orders, leading change request implementations, and supporting revenue forecasting for maintenance agreements and work tickets.
  • • The role sits within the Fixed Video Team, a critical part of Motorola Solutions that provides situational awareness to first responders through seamless communication networks, real-time information, and durable handheld devices, contributing to safer communities, schools, hospitals, and businesses.
  • • The CSM will develop expertise in contract management, customer relationship building, cross-functional coordination, and service lifecycle processes, with opportunities to grow into broader video service leadership roles while contributing to Motorola’s mission of building a safer future.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales, Account Management, or Public Safety
  • • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
  • • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support (preferred)
  • • Basic financial skills and strong computer skills (MS Office suite)
  • • Understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services, Oracle/Services Lifecycle tool, and Excel
  • • Strong working knowledge of Customer Call Center and Network Operations Center offerings and procedures
