📋 Description
- • As a Customer Support Representative at Anagram Technologies Inc., you will be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the company, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers who rely on Anagram’s insurance billing platform to save time and money.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support via chat and email, understanding customer needs, guiding them through platform features, maintaining internal knowledge bases and customer records, sharing updates about new features, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- • You will join a dynamic Customer Support team at Anagram, the largest and fastest-growing insurance billing platform for eye care providers in America, founded in 2014 and processing hundreds of millions of dollars annually, serving over 2,000 eye care professionals.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare SaaS support, strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience with tools like Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, and contribute directly to improving the patient/provider experience through reliable, compassionate support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- • Strong communication and active listening skills
- • Excellent problem-solving abilities
- • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Patient and empathetic when handling challenging cases
- • Quick to learn and comfortable using tools such as Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
