- • As a Customer Support Representative at Skimmer Inc., you will be on the front lines helping pool and spa service professionals succeed with the company’s SaaS platform, directly impacting how over 7,000 pool pros manage and grow their businesses.
- • Day to day, you will provide warm, expert assistance via phone, email, and chat; educate users on software capabilities and troubleshooting; partner with Product, Success, and Engineering teams to relay user feedback; build rapport through empathetic communication; and develop deep expertise in how the platform transforms daily operations for pool professionals.
- • Skimmer is a private equity–backed, fast-growing SaaS company modernizing the pool and spa service industry, serving over 70,000+ pool companies with a culture rooted in humility, collaboration, and customer obsession.
- • In this role, you will grow into a trusted product authority, strengthen your technical and communication skills, influence product improvements through user insights, and advance your career in a supportive environment that values learning, ownership, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven background in delivering top-tier customer and technical support
- • Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth across phone, email, and chat
- • Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, accounting, and/or experience with tools like QuickBooks Online (a major plus)
- • Tech-savvy mindset with passion for mastering and teaching new digital tools
- • Readiness to work Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
