- • Join Keep Labs Inc. as a Customer Support Representative to deliver thoughtful, high-quality support in a fintech environment where accuracy, judgment, and clear communication matter.
- • Handle customer inquiries primarily through written tickets and emails, with occasional phone calls, taking ownership of issues from initial contact through resolution by investigating account data, transactions, and system behavior to provide accurate, well-reasoned responses.
- • Work with a team of global startup veterans at a VC-backed Canadian fintech institution reshaping cross-border banking services, collaborating across Engineering, FinOps, Compliance, and Collections to resolve edge cases and improve processes.
- • Grow into handling 80% of customer cases independently within 3–6 months, developing strong product and operational knowledge, providing feedback on process improvements, and applying sound judgment in ambiguous situations while gaining deep exposure to fintech operations and banking systems.
