• • Customer Support Representative role focused on delivering concierge-level, white glove support to customers in the biotech industry, helping differentiate Twist Bioscience as a leader through exceptional service and relationship building.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to and resolving product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone; processing sales purchase orders with accuracy; providing product guidance and ecommerce support; monitoring key account orders in the production pipeline; generating sales quotes in Salesforce; and for the India-specific role, providing guidance on Asia region import/export logistics and compliance.
