📋 Description

• • As a Customer Support Specialist at Spellbook Legal Inc., you will provide outstanding support to valued customers, ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved promptly, and they have a smooth experience with the AI-powered contract drafting and review platform used by over 4,000 law firms and legal teams.
• • Day to day, you will respond to support tickets and live customer chats during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm), book 1:1 calls for troubleshooting or training, run Zoom group training sessions, create and update Help Centre articles and how-to videos, and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• • Spellbook is a fast-growing legal tech startup backed by leading investors including Khosla Ventures and Thomson Reuters Ventures, recently raising $50 million in Series B funding, with a mission to help legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts up to 10x faster using AI inside Microsoft Word.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in legal tech support, improve customer-facing documentation and training materials, identify product improvement opportunities from customer feedback, and grow your technical and communication skills in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
