- • As a Customer Support Specialist at GoTo, you will serve as the first line of support for customers, providing technical assistance in German and English to ensure seamless experiences with GoTo’s AI-powered IT solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, callback requests, and email inquiries; initiating test scenarios or remote sessions; documenting issues in Salesforce; collaborating with next-level support to investigate problems; and continuously improving your skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- • You will join GoTo’s Customer Care & Success team, which is dedicated to making IT easy through intelligent automation and AI tools, empowering customers and colleagues to achieve more by simplifying technology use.
- • In this role, you will develop strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical skills while gaining exposure to AI-driven support systems, with clear pathways for career growth in IT, customer service, or technology-focused fields.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal German and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- • Previous experience in customer-facing IT support, including configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware
- • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to learn new technologies
- • Team player mindset with a desire to share best practices, support change positively, and manage time effectively
