  • • As a Customer Support Specialist II, Performance at Teamworks Technologies, you will serve as a senior escalation point for the most complex technical and operational challenges across the AMS, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning platforms, directly supporting elite sports organizations in European football, rugby, and beyond by ensuring their performance technology environments run smoothly and effectively.
  • • You will own a high-complexity ticket queue, lead cross-functional initiatives without waiting for direction, and act as a trusted subject matter expert who bridges customer needs with internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive resolution and product improvement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and configuring Teamworks Performance products for customers, analyzing performance data to diagnose issues and surface actionable insights, coordinating bug escalations with engineering, contributing to internal documentation and operational KPIs, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule for approximately 5–6 weekends per year during critical project periods.
  • • You will work in a 60/40 split between ticket-based support and collaborative Product Success activities, allowing you to contribute strategically while maintaining hands-on engagement with customer environments and performance staff.
  • • By serving as the go-to expert for both customers and junior teammates, you will elevate team capability, improve response quality, and help scale support operations as Teamworks continues its rapid growth across global sports technology markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Direct, hands-on experience using Teamworks AMS in a professional or high-performance sports environment
  • • Background in sports performance, including sports science, strength and conditioning, nutrition, athletic training, or a related field
  • • Proven ability to independently resolve complex, ambiguous support issues across a high-volume queue with urgency and quality
  • • Strong data literacy: ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and draw insights from performance data across multiple disciplines
  • • Experience owning cross-functional work or projects beyond individual ticket resolution
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence engaging performance directors, coaching staff, and front office stakeholders
  • • Sound judgment when handling sensitive athlete health and performance data, adhering to data security best practices
