- • As a Customer Support Specialist at GoTo, you will serve as first-line support for customers, handling inbound calls, callback requests, and email messages in both Italian and English, while initiating test scenarios or remote sessions when needed to resolve technical issues.
- • You will take ownership of user problems, proactively address customer inquiries, document all interactions in Salesforce, and collaborate with next-level support teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- • GoTo’s Customer Care & Success team leverages AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation to streamline support, enhance customer experiences, and make IT easy by securely connecting users and solving problems efficiently.
- • In this role, you will continuously improve your technical and interpersonal skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge support technologies, and grow your career in IT, customer service, or technology-driven fields within a supportive, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Italian and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply to customers.
- • Previous experience in customer-facing IT support, including configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
- • Proven teamwork skills, including sharing best practices, adapting positively to change, and managing time efficiently in a collaborative setting.
