  • • Customer Support Specialist IV-2 at Samsara Inc. is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, focused on delivering exceptional customer service for Samsara’s Connected Operations™ Cloud platform, which enables industrial customers to leverage IoT data for improved safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email related to billing, contract renewals, cancellations, and product troubleshooting; managing escalations; prioritizing work queues; documenting account statuses; and championing Samsara’s cultural principles such as Focus on Customer Success and Be Inclusive.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment
  • • English fluency is required
  • • Experience managing 20+ cases per day via phone, chat, and email channels
  • • Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or ServiceCloud
  • • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends on assigned 5-day, 8-hour shifts with 2 consecutive days off
  • • Proficient with macOS
