  • • As a Customer Technical Support Engineer (FTC) at Masabi, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for transit agencies and technology partners worldwide, ensuring seamless operation of the Justride fare payment platform through expert troubleshooting and customer-centric support.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the first and second line of support via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, managing escalations, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams, delivering remote and occasional in-person training, creating internal documentation, and participating in on-call rotations during critical system launches.
  • • You will join a global team of innovators at Masabi, a company powering fare collection in over 250 locations including major cities, and partnering with industry leaders like Uber, Moovit, and Transit to advance accessible and efficient public transportation.
