  • • Lead online and onsite training sessions for caregivers and voize coaches to ensure effective product adoption of the AI-powered solution.
  • • Deliver dynamic, engaging training to groups of 10–15 frontline healthcare workers, empowering them to reduce administrative burden and improve documentation workflows.
  • • Execute Train the Trainer programs by equipping voize coaches at client facilities to independently train larger teams of nurses and caregivers.
  • • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify onboarding friction points and provide real-time feedback for product improvements.
  • • Monitor user adoption rates across client sites and revisit training strategies for groups demonstrating low engagement or resistance to the technology.
  • • Conduct onsite visits to low-adoption care facilities to re-engage users, provide hands-on support, and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
  • • Create, update, and optimize training materials—including guides, videos, and presentations—based on user feedback, adoption data, and onboarding insights.
  • • Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse healthcare environments and caregiver skill levels.
  • • Track and report on training effectiveness metrics to inform scaling strategies and improve overall customer activation.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of voize’s AI companion features and how they alleviate administrative tasks for nurses and caregivers.
  • • Travel 2–3 times per week to client locations across Germany to deliver in-person training and support.
  • • Act as a bridge between end-users and internal teams, translating frontline feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
  • • Foster a culture of trust and empowerment during training, helping caregivers feel confident and supported in adopting new technology.
  • • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to align training initiatives with broader customer success and product goals.
  • • Continuously refine training programs to reflect updates in the product, regulatory requirements, and evolving caregiver workflows.
  • • Represent voize professionally at client sites, embodying the company’s mission to give healthcare workers back time for patient care.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Train the Trainer programs, particularly with large groups
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage and motivate users
  • • Experience in training professionals, ideally in the healthcare or caregiving sector
  • • Fluent in German (C2), with good knowledge of English
  • • Willingness to travel 2–3 times a week to our customers
  • • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Munich, Cologne, or Frankfurt
