- • The Customer Value Architect will work directly with Neara’s highest-value customers to drive adoption, define and validate value, and expand platform usage across their organizations, ensuring Neara’s engineering-grade digital twin solutions deliver measurable ROI and strategic impact.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing deep proficiency with the Neara platform, conducting on-site customer engagements, serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, defining business cases and ROI metrics, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams, designing and delivering tailored training workshops, and engaging broad stakeholder audiences to embed solutions into customer workflows.
- • Neara is a fast-growing, mission-driven company creating physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using advanced machine learning to help utilities stress-test infrastructure against extreme weather, optimize investments, and build a more resilient global energy future across four continents.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise software adoption, customer value quantification, and the energy infrastructure sector; you will sharpen your ability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes, build trusted customer relationships at scale, and directly influence the growth trajectory of a high-impact AI-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization
- • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments
- • Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese is required; working knowledge or fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- • Experience in software engineering or other relevant technical experience
- • Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that map to client strategic and business priorities
- • Strong communication skills, you can explain complex topics clearly
- • Strong critical thinking capabilities, you can translate back from customer outcomes to technical solutions
- • Strong external stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships
- • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions to solve customer pain points or enable commercial opportunities
- • Skilled in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools like macros and various software languages to create tailored solutions
- • Experience within infrastructure, and specifically the energy sector, is a plus but not essential
