- • Collaborate directly with dental clinicians in real-time to review, refine, and optimize case designs for optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes, providing expert guidance on complex implant and crown & bridge cases.
- • Provide live technical support to clinicians via phone, chat, and video calls, troubleshooting issues related to digital scanning, case preparation, and CAD/CAM design workflows using 3Shape platforms.
- • Act as a critical liaison between clinicians and internal Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into precise production instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality outcomes.
- • Deliver empathetic, professional customer service by building trust with dental practitioners through clear, confident communication during real-time interactions.
- • Navigate and utilize digital dental design platforms swiftly, adapting to new tools and system updates within a fast-paced, fully-digital lab environment.
- • Manage multiple concurrent customer support conversations across chat, phone, and video channels while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of care for every case.
- • Participate in treatment planning by analyzing scan data, identifying design flaws or inefficiencies, and recommending evidence-based modifications aligned with best digital dentistry practices.
- • Ensure all cases meet strict quality standards and deadlines, consistently delivering precision-engineered results under time-sensitive conditions.
- • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and case modifications to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- • Stay current with evolving digital dental technologies, including implant systems, scan bodies, and workflow standards, to provide up-to-date advice and support to clinicians.
- • Work within scheduled shifts: 8am–4:45pm GMT, 9am–5:45pm GMT, or 9:30am–6:15pm GMT, ensuring availability during core business hours to support global clinician needs.
- • Foster strong professional relationships with dental practices by demonstrating deep technical expertise, responsiveness, and a patient-centered approach.
- • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Dandy’s digital operating system by sharing on-the-ground feedback from clinicians to inform product development and operational improvements.
- • Maintain compliance with clinical data privacy standards and company protocols during all customer interactions and case handling.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-growth startup environment, balancing multiple complex cases while upholding Dandy’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
- • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
- • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
- • Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
- • Comfortable chatting live with doctors via chat, phone, or video calls
