- • Collaborate directly with dental clinicians in real-time to review, refine, and optimize removable prosthetic case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.
- • Provide live technical support to doctors via phone, chat, and video calls, troubleshooting scan-related issues, workflow errors, and design challenges to ensure seamless patient treatment.
- • Apply expert knowledge of 3Shape CAD/CAM software to design full dentures and partial dentures, adhering to industry best practices for digital workflows and scan body placement.
- • Act as the primary liaison between clinicians and internal dental lab production teams, translating clinical feedback into precise technical instructions for case fabrication.
- • Build and maintain trust with dental professionals by delivering empathetic, clear, and professional communication during high-stakes case discussions.
- • Manage multiple live patient case conversations simultaneously, prioritizing urgency and quality while maintaining adherence to strict deadlines.
- • Ensure all case modifications and design adjustments comply with clinical standards and Dandy’s quality benchmarks across every stage of the digital workflow.
- • Educate clinicians on the proper use of Dandy’s digital tools, guiding them through scanning protocols, case preparation, and design parameter selection to improve success rates.
- • Identify recurring clinical pain points and escalate insights to product and engineering teams to inform platform improvements and user experience enhancements.
- • Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, design changes, and case resolutions to support continuity and accountability.
- • Work within scheduled shifts: 8am–4:45pm GMT, 9am–5:45pm GMT, or 9:30am–6:15pm GMT, ensuring consistent availability during core business hours in the UK timezone.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving digital dental technologies and update skills to remain proficient with new platform features and workflow updates.
- • Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills when addressing unusual or complex cases with limited precedent, leveraging clinical expertise to recommend viable solutions.
- • Uphold exceptional quality standards across all cases, even under time pressure, ensuring every patient outcome meets or exceeds clinical expectations.
- • Contribute to a fully digital lab environment by embracing paperless processes, real-time communication tools, and data-driven case tracking systems.
- • Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen understanding of emerging removables techniques, material advancements, and digital dentistry trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a dental technician role
- • 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures cases
- • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and best design practices
- • Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and offer empathetic, professional customer support
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate clinical feedback into actionable insights
- • Comfortable engaging in live, real-time conversations with doctors via phone, chat, or video
