• • As a Data Engineer II, you will play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle of data management. This includes the design, development, and meticulous maintenance of robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our reporting infrastructure, which is crucial for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves providing support for the administration and configuration of critical enterprise platforms. Specifically, you will gain exposure to and contribute to the management of Kimble (Kantata), Salesforce Lightning, and Quickbase. While deep prior expertise in these specific platforms is not a prerequisite, a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential. We are looking for someone who is technically curious, resourceful, and driven to evolve into a system owner over time.
• • This position is an exceptional opportunity for an engineer early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience with real-world production systems, complex cross-platform integrations, and enterprise-scale data operations. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact by designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines. This will primarily leverage Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• • You will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of ETL/ELT workflows that expertly handle both structured and unstructured data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. A key part of your day-to-day will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing these data pipelines and cross-system integrations to guarantee peak performance and unwavering reliability.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with various business teams to design, develop, and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and datasets. Your contributions will ensure that data is not only accurate but also visualized effectively, adhering to best practices in data presentation.

• • Beyond data pipelines, you will provide essential administration and configuration support for Kimble (Kantata), Salesforce Lightning, and Quickbase. Proficiency in Python or PySpark for data manipulation is considered a significant plus. A solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL concepts is essential, alongside a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar systems and learn new platforms rapidly. Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce or Quickbase is also advantageous. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are fundamental for success in this role.
