• • The Data Engineering Summer Intern (Graduate Level) at Capital Rx, Inc. plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare data management by supporting the development of robust, scalable, and accurate data systems that empower operational and analytics teams to make informed decisions and drive positive outcomes in the healthcare industry.
• • Day to day, the intern will partner with operational and analytics teams to translate business needs into data solutions, architect and implement ETL workflows using Python, dbt, SQLAlchemy, Terraform, Airflow, Snowflake, and Redshift, conduct testing to ensure data pipeline reliability before production, proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, provide ongoing maintenance for data infrastructure, and adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
• • The team at Capital Rx, part of Judi Health, is rebuilding trust in healthcare through innovative technology solutions, including the Enterprise Health Platform (Judi®), which consolidates claim administration workflows for employers, health plans, and TPAs, serving millions of members across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in data engineering best practices, deepen technical skills in modern data stack technologies, learn healthcare-specific data architectures (including Kimball methodology), and develop the ability to design scalable data solutions that support organizational growth while collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.
