📋 Description
- • As the first Data Scientist hire in the US for OpenArt, you will establish the data science function from the ground up, directly influencing product strategy and company direction through data-driven insights.
- • You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to design experiments, analyze user behavior, define key metrics, and translate data into actionable product decisions that impact millions of creators.
- • OpenArt is an AI-powered storytelling and visual creation platform experiencing rapid growth (7–10X revenue over two years), building the future of creativity with cutting-edge AI tools used by millions worldwide.
- • In this role, you will build foundational analytics practices, own experimentation culture, develop dashboards, and grow into a leadership position as the data science team expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or above in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- • Minimum 3 years of work experience in analytics or data science
- • Expert SQL and strong Python skills
- • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and common analytical techniques such as regression and decision trees
- • Strong product intuition and ability to connect data to user behavior and product decisions
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey data stories to technical and non-technical audiences
