- • As a DataTrace Sales Representative-Southwest (Remote), you will drive new business revenue and expand market presence for DataTrace, the nation’s largest provider of title and tax data, analytics, and title automation solutions. Your role is critical to achieving sales targets and growing the customer base of title agents, brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals across your assigned territory.
- • Day to day, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, develop and execute call plans, assess client needs, deliver tailored presentations, collaborate with internal marketing teams on localized content, and actively participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 2–5 years of successful residential title or real estate industry experience preferred
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- • Professional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com for contact, account, pipeline, and task management
- • Valid driver’s license required
