  • • Sell property data and services to multiple industry verticals including lenders, servicers, secondary market firms, insurance companies, spatial data firms, and proptech companies.
  • • Build net-new client relationships by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into paying customers through targeted outreach and relationship development.
  • • Generate new business opportunities by compiling lists of prospective clients using networking, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, and digital sources.
  • • Develop and execute a structured call plan targeting qualified leads in the property data and analytics industry.
  • • Assess individual client needs and design tailored solutions using DataTree’s comprehensive property data platform, which covers over 150 million U.S. properties.
  • • Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and support sales-aligned content, including print, electronic, and social media materials that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • • Communicate proactively with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • • Interact daily with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align on sales strategy and client needs.
  • • Manage territory effectively by organizing, prioritizing, and tracking sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
  • • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify external threats and opportunities.
  • • Use persuasive and influential negotiation techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold First American’s company image in all client interactions.
  • • Utilize MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or comparable CRM systems) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
  • • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities despite obstacles or rejection.
  • • Adapt flexibly to changing business conditions, client demands, and evolving product offerings.
  • • Exercise diplomatic and tactful communication in all professional interactions to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • • Employ strong listening skills to understand client challenges and provide effective, data-driven solutions.
  • • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives and team goals.
