- • The DC Processing Specialist processes documents for client Defined Contribution plans, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and adherence to standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality and timely results.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehending and developing working knowledge of standard operating procedures for basic data entry processing, processing rules-based documents with some problem solving, performing repeatable processing functions while upholding quality standards, conducting error research to determine preventative measures, researching complex participant benefit issues and providing resolutions in accordance with due dates, performing nonstandard processing functions with exceeding quality standards, and working directly with third-party vendors.

- • Defined Contribution and Life Benefits Specialist experience
- • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with stakeholders
- • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- • Ability to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively
- • Experience with IBM Content Navigator (Imaging Tool)
