📋 Description
- • The Deal Desk Analyst supports Alteryx’s fast-paced Sales organization by ensuring accuracy, policy adherence, and timely execution in the quote-to-order process, directly enabling faster deal cycles and positive business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the Analyst assists Sales with quoting and approval processes, applies sales policies consistently, coordinates with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Order Management), ensures quote data accuracy in CPQ, meets SLAs, and contributes to process improvements.
- • Alteryx is a leader in data automation and AI, driving transformation in how organizations make decisions through its analytics platform, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence.
- • In this role, the Analyst will develop deep commercial and operational expertise in deal structuring, revenue recognition, sales compensation, and CPQ systems, while building strong cross-functional collaboration skills and process improvement experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Order Management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment
- • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ tool preferred
- • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment; flexibility during End of Month and End of Quarter
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; open to feedback and continuous learning
- • Foundational understanding of revenue recognition concepts, sales contracts, SOX controls, and risk awareness in deal structures
