- • As a Deal Desk Coordinator on Iron Mountain’s Public Sector Deal Team, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from initial intake through final booking—ensuring accurate processing, timely revenue recognition, and compliance with government procurement policies. This role directly supports Iron Mountain’s mission to deliver sustainable solutions in records management, digital transformation, and data center services to 225,000 global customers, with a specialized focus on government and public agency clients.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate deal processes from proposal to booking, collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Pricing, Operations, and Contracts teams to generate quotes and resolve deal barriers, and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and public sector regulations.
- • You will join a high-impact Public Sector Deal Team that bridges Sales, Pricing, and Operations to support government and public agency clients, operating within Iron Mountain’s broader mission-driven culture that values sustainability, data privacy, and innovative, socially responsible solutions across records management, digital transformation, and asset lifecycle services.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in government contracting, sales operations, and cross-functional deal coordination, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and Google Workspace while building skills in stakeholder management, compliance, and revenue operations—positioning you for advancement within a global industry leader committed to professional growth and internal mobility.
