- • The Deal Desk Manager at Optro Inc. plays a critical role in optimizing the company’s revenue engine by managing complex, nonstandard deals and ensuring alignment across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Marketing teams. This role directly impacts win rates, average selling price, and sales cycle efficiency, making it essential to Optro’s continued growth as a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform serving over 50% of the Fortune 500.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing deal flow, guiding Account Executives on deal structuring, ensuring accurate Salesforce opportunity tracking, partnering with Finance and Legal on compliant contractual language, owning quote management and pricing approvals, serving as the main operational point of contact for Sales, monitoring deal progress, supporting special projects, collaborating with GTM Systems on process improvements, and establishing metrics to enhance consistency and visibility across teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in Deal Desk
- • Proven success supporting and advising SaaS Sales teams
- • Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, and Finance
- • Salesforce CPQ experience preferred
- • Strong understanding of ARR / TCV
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and goal orientation
