• • The Deal Desk Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Cority’s sales operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant deal structuring, pricing, and contract execution. This role directly impacts revenue recognition, sales efficiency, and customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor to sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• • Day to day, the Deal Desk Specialist will review and validate sales quotes and contracts, ensure pricing adherence to corporate guidelines, coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain deal desk workflows in CRM and CPQ systems, and provide guidance on discounting, bundling, and contractual terms to maximize deal velocity and compliance.
