📋 Description

• • The Deal Desk Specialist supports the day-to-day operational execution of the Spend Optimization Services (SOS) deal governance process, ensuring deals are accurately structured, priced, documented, and processed in compliance with governance, financial, and contractual standards.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating deal documentation, maintaining pricing accuracy in CPQ and CRM systems, coordinating approvals across sales, legal, delivery, and procurement teams, tracking deal status and turnaround times, and supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives.
