This role is central to our mission of unleashing the full economic potential of digital media companies by making digital advertising markets and technologies that deliver optimal value to publishers and advertisers on every ad served across all screens.
- • You will serve as the operational backbone, acting as the critical bridge between our cutting-edge technology and its flawless execution. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic deals for OpenX Partners, from initiation to completion and ongoing optimization.
- • This is a high-impact position that demands a unique blend of technical acumen, sharp analytical skills, and an unwavering "solutions-first" mindset. You will be a key player in collaborating with various internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering, to ensure the highest standards of quality assurance, proactive troubleshooting, strategic optimization, and swift issue resolution.
- • Your day-to-day will involve meticulously managing and configuring programmatic deals within our platform. This includes setting up new deals, ensuring all parameters are accurately defined, and verifying that they align with partner agreements and OpenX's best practices. You will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of deal configurations, which directly impacts revenue and partner satisfaction.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to quality assurance (QA) and testing. You will rigorously test deal setups to identify any potential discrepancies or errors before they impact live campaigns. This proactive approach to QA is crucial for maintaining the reliability of our ad marketplace and preventing revenue leakage.

This requires a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and various deal types (e.g., Programmatic Guaranteed, Preferred Deals, Private Marketplaces). You'll need to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to understand partner needs and ensure that deal setups meet their specific objectives. You will also partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on platform functionality, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features that enhance our deal management capabilities.
- • You will be involved in optimizing existing deals to improve performance and maximize value for our partners. This may involve analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments to targeting, pricing, or other deal parameters.
- • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation for all deal setups, processes, and troubleshooting steps will be essential. This ensures knowledge sharing within the team and provides a valuable resource for future reference.
- • You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising and deal management, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's expertise.
- • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is paramount.
- • Ultimately, your success in this role will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of OpenX's programmatic marketplace, ensuring that our partners receive exceptional service and that our platform operates at peak efficiency, driving significant value for both publishers and advertisers.
- • You will be empowered to take ownership of your work, drive initiatives, and make a tangible impact on the success of OpenX and its partners in the dynamic world of digital advertising.
