📋 Description
- • Support the review, structuring, and operational processing of customer deals from quote through to invoicing as a white-glove concierge for Sales, Customer Service, and Renewal Account Managers.
- • Partner with the APJ Deal Desk Lead to provide commercial value-add advice through interpretation and analysis of management information.
- • Strategically support Sales teams in reviewing and approving deal terms, legal terms, pricing, and quotations to ensure alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
- • Proactively assist Sales in closing high-value transactions by resolving queries, solving problems, and recommending alternative courses of action in a timely manner.
- • Own customer requests end to end, delivering the highest level of internal customer service to Premium Deal Partners, Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- • Review, structure, and manage opportunities, quotes, and orders with precision and adherence to company processes.
- • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Trellix’s product portfolio and sales objectives to enable accurate and timely quote-to-invoice execution.
- • Manage weekly and quarterly forecast reports with accuracy and on-time delivery to support commercial planning.
- • Apply proficient understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice (Q2I) process and its broader responsibilities across commercial functions.
- • Interpret and apply Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606) to ensure compliance in deal structuring and financial reporting.
- • Collaborate closely with Commercial Finance, Legal, Revenue, and other Q2I teams to remove administrative friction and streamline transaction execution.
- • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and business knowledge to advise internal stakeholders on pricing, discounting, and contractual terms.
- • Utilize strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deal documentation and financial controls.
- • Communicate practical solutions clearly and straightforwardly to cross-functional leaders and internal customers.
- • Maintain proficiency in quoting, deal desk, and order management methods, theories, practices, and procedures within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
- • Act as an external-facing function interacting with senior cross-functional leaders across Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
