- • As a Deal Pricing professional at Stripe, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial outcomes of strategic customer deals across the Americas region, directly contributing to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by ensuring pricing structures drive sustainable economic value.
- • Day to day, you will serve as a financial and strategic thought partner to Go-to-Market sales teams, develop and refine pricing frameworks, maintain pricing benchmarks, and lead financial modeling and business case development for complex, high-impact deals involving Stripe’s full suite of financial and payment products.
- • You will join a dedicated global Deal Pricing function that collaborates closely with Finance, Strategy, Product, and Operations teams across regions, providing deal support and pricing insights to enable scalable, value-driven sales motions in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic pricing, financial modeling, and cross-functional negotiation while influencing executive decision-making and helping shape Stripe’s long-term commercial strategy in one of the world’s most influential financial technology companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of experience in finance, deal pricing, investment banking, or management consulting
- • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness
- • Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills
- • Experience with SQL and Tableau or a strong willingness to learn
