📋 Description

• • As the first hire in Ontario for a leading American provider of vehicle protection programs expanding into Canada, the Dealer Development Manager will spearhead the company’s market entry by building a dealer network from scratch in a high-impact, hunter-focused role.
• • Day to day, the role involves proactively prospecting and signing 3-5 new dealership accounts monthly across Ontario, conducting consultative sales with Dealer Principals and F&I Managers to demonstrate product value in maximizing per-vehicle-retail (PVR) and customer retention, onboarding new partners with product training and sales coaching, gathering market intelligence to outmaneuver competitors, and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless claims and high dealer satisfaction.
