• • The Defined Benefits Support Specialist (ProAdmin) role at Perseus Group’s WinTech division is a specialized position focused on providing expert product support, testing, training, and client consulting for ProAdmin, a leading defined benefit administration software suite used by outsourcers, corporations, and actuaries.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting alpha and beta testing of ProAdmin enhancements, assisting clients with troubleshooting and best practices, configuring client DB plans using ProAdmin Desktop, participating in training development and delivery (onsite and virtual), and collaborating with internal teams to implement software improvements based on user feedback and regulatory changes.
