- • As a Delivery Lead at Paradox Machines, you will be a founding team member responsible for leading complex, 0-to-1 data and AI engagements that transform ambiguous business goals into working systems and measurable outcomes for mid-market clients.
- • You will own client relationships end-to-end, leading discovery, aligning stakeholders, defining scope, and ensuring accountability through launch and adoption, while translating business problems into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
- • You will contribute to building internal repeatable assets such as delivery templates, data models, and internal tools, helping shape solution approaches and improve the company’s delivery capabilities across projects.
- • You will report directly to the CEO of Paradox, operate with high ownership and autonomy, and have the opportunity to grow your impact as the company scales, gaining experience in building AI-native services from the ground up.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in data, analytics, consulting, or similar roles involving project leadership and client or customer management (internal or external)
- • Proven experience delivering data systems or products alongside engineers, including ETL pipelines, analytics platforms, or AI-driven applications
- • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear engineering specifications while managing tradeoffs and maintaining focus on core objectives
