• • As a Delivery Lead at Calyx Institute Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of clinical research by ensuring the successful, high-quality, and timely release of complex software solutions within our Medical Imaging business.
• • You will own the end-to-end delivery process, acting as a critical facilitator and impediment remover for our software engineering teams, championing the adoption and optimization of Agile principles and robust project management best practices.
• • Reporting to the Associate Director of Project & Program Management, your role is pivotal in driving high-performing sprint teams, refining workflows, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• • This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the Medical Imaging domain and your experience with AI-enabled SaaS solutions, ideally within a highly regulated Life Sciences environment.
• • You will embody a 'servant leader' philosophy, fostering continuous improvement, cultivating strong stakeholder engagement, and proactively managing risks while promoting effective collaboration across diverse, matrixed teams.

• • In project management, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and meticulously managing medium-to-large scale projects that have a direct and significant business impact.

• • Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of delivery risks will be crucial to maintaining project momentum and success.
• • You will oversee change control processes, ensuring all project modifications are thoroughly evaluated, documented, and approved in strict accordance with governance standards.
• • Ensuring rigorous quality reviews and adherence to agreed-upon standards will be paramount to delivering reliable software.
• • Leading the planning, design, and execution of release packages, including comprehensive risk assessment, will be a key function.
• • You will coordinate release scheduling and maintain clear, consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• • Ensuring robust rollback procedures and conducting thorough post-release reviews will be essential for a smooth deployment process.
• • Driving the adoption of automation and best practices in release management will enhance efficiency and reliability.

• • Proven experience in a similar role focusing on project delivery and the deployment of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is essential.
• • Experience within the Life Sciences sector, ideally with exposure to the Medical Imaging domain, is highly desirable.
• • Experience in cloud deployment of enterprise solutions and developing AI-powered software will be a significant advantage.
• • A strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is necessary.
• • Demonstrated success in driving Agile maturity and innovation will be a key indicator of suitability.
• • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or equivalent experience is required.
• • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are desirable.
• • Fluent English is essential for this role.
