📋 Description

• As a Delivery Manager at Datatonic Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI and data transformation by ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects on Google Cloud Platform. You will bridge technical execution with business value, leading end-to-end project lifecycles from solution design and SOW creation through deployment and post-delivery value realization, directly contributing to clients’ competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the execution of small to medium-sized data and AI transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery while linking technical deliverables to measurable business outcomes; taking full financial ownership of project budgets, forecasting resources and revenue, tracking burn rates, and driving profitability; managing executive and C-suite stakeholder communications with clarity and influence, translating between technical and business audiences to maintain trust and satisfaction; applying and refining Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as change agents within client organizations; contributing to the evolution of internal delivery frameworks by improving operational efficiency and process excellence; and collaborating with Account Managers and Technical Leads to identify renewal and upselling opportunities that grow account health and strategic value.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise project delivery within high-growth tech environments, refine your ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and gain hands-on experience with AI/ML and data analytics projects on Google Cloud. You will develop strategic commercial acumen through pre-sales engagement, SOW creation, and margin-driven delivery, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor capable of driving both technical success and business impact in the rapidly evolving data and AI landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project or delivery management, preferably within management consultancy, SaaS, or tech start-up environments
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, ML/AI, or public cloud projects, particularly on Google Cloud Platform
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-level stakeholder relationships, including client-side and internal technical and executive audiences
• Experience in pre-sales and commercial processes, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and scope management through contracts
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies, with practical experience using JIRA or similar IT service management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
