📋 Description

  • • Distyl AI is at the forefront of developing production-grade AI systems designed to revolutionize core operational workflows for Fortune 500 companies. Through a powerful strategic partnership with OpenAI, combined with our proprietary software accelerators and deep-seated enterprise AI expertise, we are committed to delivering tangible AI systems that provide rapid value realization – often within a single quarter. Our innovative products have already empowered Fortune 500 clients across a spectrum of industries, including insurance, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and non-profit sectors. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in guiding companies to identify, build, and ultimately realize significant value from their Generative AI investments, frequently marking their first foray into this transformative technology. Our operational philosophy is deeply rooted in a customer-centric approach, working backward from the specific challenges our clients face and holding ourselves accountable for creating both substantial financial impact and tangible improvements in the daily lives of end-users. Distyl is led by a distinguished group of proven leaders hailing from top-tier organizations such as Palantir and Apple, and proudly backed by prominent investors including Lightspeed, Khosla, Coatue, Dell Technologies Capital, Nat Friedman (former CEO of GitHub), Brad Gerstner (Founder and CEO of Altimeter), and esteemed board members from over a dozen Fortune 500 companies.
  • • We are actively seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven Healthcare Industry Expert to spearhead the execution of large-scale AI programs for our Fortune 100 clients. This role is exceptionally well-suited for a seasoned healthcare leader who not only thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments but also possesses a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare programs with budgets exceeding $10 million. Our organizational culture is fundamentally built upon the principles of moving with speed, making a profound impact, and consistently delivering at the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate will be an individual who enthusiastically embraces intensity and complexity, exhibits the agility to pivot quickly in response to evolving demands, and flourishes within a dynamic, ever-changing landscape.
  • • As a Delivery Manager, you will bear the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all customer outcomes are meticulously delivered on time, within budget constraints, and with an unwavering commitment to exceptional quality. Your role will involve prioritizing and meticulously aligning all workstreams with key performance indicators (KPIs), skillfully influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, and guaranteeing seamless execution that maximizes both impact and operational throughput. This is emphatically not a passive oversight position; we require an individual who is deeply hands-on, actively and thoroughly engaged in both technical and business-centric conversations, and genuinely enjoys collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and executive leadership alike. If you are seeking a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment where you can genuinely make a significant and lasting impact, this role represents an unparalleled opportunity.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Client-Centric Operational Excellence: You will excel in managing intricate client relationships, possessing a profound understanding of the unique dynamics involved in delivering high-impact services specifically within the healthcare industry. You will be adept at setting and meticulously managing customer expectations, ensuring delivery aligns precisely with contracted outcomes, and proactively laying the groundwork for future opportunities by consistently earning trust and demonstrating measurable, quantifiable value. Prior experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models is highly valued.
  • • Lead High-Impact Delivery: You will be responsible for overseeing the successful, end-to-end execution of critical healthcare AI programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed defined business objectives and drive significant, measurable impact.
  • • Operate at Maximum Velocity: Embrace and thrive within a high-speed, dynamic operational environment where priorities can and will shift, demanding quick thinking, decisive action, and exceptional adaptability.
  • • Drive Stakeholder Alignment: You will regularly and effectively report on program status, progress, and key milestones to senior executives, technical teams, and business leaders, fostering an environment of trust and maintaining robust alignment across all parties.
  • • Optimize Program Success: You will be tasked with structuring and scaling delivery efforts strategically to maximize overall impact and operational efficiency, ensuring each program runs at its peak performance level.
  • • Influence Key Customer Decisions: You will play a crucial role in guiding the client, advising them on providing the necessary teams, integrations, and resources essential for the ultimate success of the program.
  • • Grow and Motivate a Team: You will be responsible for onboarding, organizing, and motivating forward-deployed AI engineers and AI strategists, empowering them to design and build cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • • Stay Deeply Engaged in Delivery Activities: You will actively participate in and lead daily project scrums, engage in meticulous planning sessions, refine requirements gathering processes, contribute to product management efforts, oversee testing and evaluation phases, manage deployment activities, and perform any other necessary tasks to drive execution forward with relentless momentum.
  • • Champion AI-Driven Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of how AI and automation can fundamentally enhance business processes and elevate technology delivery within the healthcare sector.
  • • Write the Playbook: Contribute to the development and authoring of best practices and standardized methodologies for delivering AI programs at scale, creating repeatable success frameworks for the organization.
