  • • The Delivery Operations Lead at Percepta LLC is responsible for creating and executing operational excellence at the company’s largest healthcare engagements, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are successfully deployed, adopted, and deliver measurable impact in complex clinical environments.
  • • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining the engagement’s single source of truth through trackers, decision logs, and onboarding docs; establishing and iterating weekly operational rhythms (standups, workstream syncs, SteerCo prep, retros); owning end-to-end operational KPIs; driving rollout and adoption strategies across hospital units; triaging blockers; translating field feedback into product and process improvements; and making strategic tradeoffs visible when priorities shift.
  • • Percepta is a mission-driven AI company partnered with General Catalyst, focused on transforming critical institutions like healthcare systems through applied AI, leveraging its Mosaic toolkit and strategic alliances with Anthropic, McKinsey, AWS, and others to deliver real-world outcomes.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare operations at scale, learn to translate AI strategy into actionable field execution, build scalable operating systems adopted across teams, and become a trusted orchestrator between clinical stakeholders and technical teams — ultimately shaping how technology improves patient care delivery in real-world settings.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of experience operating inside or alongside healthcare delivery systems, including health system ops, healthcare software delivery, healthcare consulting, payer ops, or embedded product/engineering teams shipping to providers
  • • Proven experience managing programs with real P&L or budget accountability, such as leading 15+ people or $5M+ budgets, measured against weekly-defended operational metrics
  • • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows sufficient to validate or challenge frontline staff concerns (e.g., knowing whether a nurse’s night-shift objection is valid and what it would take to address it)
  • • Extreme ownership mindset: taking initiative on unowned work critical to engagement success without waiting for direction
  • • Willingness to spend 50–75% of weeks onsite with healthcare customers outside New York City, depending on engagement phase
