- • The Delivery Specialist ensures accurate, secure, and timely processing of electronic file exchanges, supporting Alight’s mission to empower clients with a healthier and more financially secure workforce through unified benefits ecosystem management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production jobs, troubleshooting data and system issues, coordinating file interface implementations with internal and external partners, developing SOPs, and supporting annual enrollment activities through meetings, calendars, and audits.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- • Proficiency in SQL language with high attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to perform audits on high volumes of data and learn/apply new skills
- • Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and ability to navigate Alight’s proprietary systems and web-based tools
- • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize work to meet performance standards
