• • In this pivotal position, you will be the driving force behind ideating, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to educate the market, generate high-quality sales pipeline, and guide prospects through their buying journey. This role demands a blend of high-level strategic vision and meticulous hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Revenue Operations, and senior leadership to ensure our go-to-market strategies are effective and aligned with business objectives.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass owning and managing a diverse portfolio of marketing programs across multiple channels. This includes orchestrating end-to-end execution of events and webinars, from initial promotion and logistical planning through post-event follow-up and rigorous pipeline tracking. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing nurture programs and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to support pipeline maturation and drive engagement with target accounts.
• • A key aspect of this role involves close partnership with sales and revenue operations teams. You will ensure that marketing campaigns are strategically aligned with target accounts, active sales opportunities, and overall pipeline priorities, fostering a cohesive and efficient revenue engine. Furthermore, you will be responsible for meticulously tracking and analyzing campaign performance and pipeline impact. This includes reporting on critical metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), marketing-sourced revenue, and campaign attribution, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
• • You will also coordinate with a network of external vendors and agencies to manage event logistics, content syndication, and asset delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output. Collaboration with the Product Marketing team is essential to guarantee that all campaign messaging accurately reflects product value propositions and aligns with Reality Defender's core brand narrative. Effective budget management will be a core responsibility, ensuring that marketing program resources are allocated efficiently and deliver maximum ROI.
