• • The Sr. Demand Generation Manager owns the strategy and execution for new logo acquisition at Ensora Health, responsible for building scalable, data-driven demand programs that create high-quality pipeline and revenue that Sales can close.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning marketing-sourced pipeline and new logo revenue targets, building and scaling full-funnel demand programs across paid media, organic channels, content, webinars, and events, applying AI-powered tools for campaign development and optimization, designing audience segmentation, operating lead-to-opportunity funnels, using AI-assisted experimentation, partnering with Product Marketing and Sales, managing the demand generation budget, and evaluating emerging AI and marketing technologies.
