📋 Description
- • Drive performance against core demand KPIs including target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation for assigned sales segments.
- • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for key sales segments, from planning and execution to measuring pipeline impact.
- • Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize integrated campaigns for maximum pipeline influence and revenue outcomes.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and sales functions, using campaign data and field feedback to refine programs and improve conversion rates.
- • Optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic), SEO/AEO, and events based on performance analytics.
- • Establish and execute a structured testing agenda to evaluate campaign effectiveness, learn from results, and scale high-performing initiatives.
- • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of campaign performance in partnership with marketing operations teams.
- • Monitor and report regularly on segment and campaign performance, translating data and sales insights into actionable recommendations for improvement.
- • Translate sales feedback on account engagement, follow-up quality, and conversion trends into targeted marketing adjustments to enhance pipeline velocity.
- • Build and refine demand programs in ambiguous environments without fully defined playbooks, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- • Leverage Salesforce and Marketo (or similar platforms) to manage campaign execution, lead routing, and performance reporting.
- • Analyze campaign performance to connect marketing activities directly to funnel progression and revenue outcomes.
- • Maintain a commercial mindset focused on how marketing influences deal progression and contributes to overall revenue goals.
- • Stay current with emerging GTM automation and AI marketing technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-6 years in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- • Proven experience owning or influencing pipeline metrics, not just campaign execution
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes
- • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and incorporating field feedback into marketing decisions
- • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or similar platforms)
- • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial services preferred
