- • As a Demand Generation Manager at Directive Consulting, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing success for up to seven SMB clients, directly driving SQLs and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver measurable business impact.
- • You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients, managing relationships with empathy and confidence while leading campaign execution, pitching innovative strategies, and ensuring consistent over-delivery on performance goals as an individual contributor in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment.
- • Your day-to-day will involve project managing client accounts, organizing timelines and deliverables, conducting deep technical work across paid, organic, and conversion optimization channels, and collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with client business objectives.
- • You will leverage your T-shaped expertise to not only execute campaigns but also educate and advise clients on emerging trends like AI and automation in marketing, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who drives both short-term results and long-term strategic value.
- • Working within Directive’s Customer Generation methodology, you’ll focus exclusively on metrics that matter—SQLs and closed-won revenue—using a proprietary framework that aligns marketing spend directly with sales outcomes, giving you clarity and purpose in every campaign you manage.

- • In this role, you’ll develop mastery in full-funnel B2B marketing strategy, client leadership, and performance analytics—gaining rare exposure to high-stakes account management while building a portable skill set in strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication that accelerates your career trajectory in growth marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B or SaaS clients
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO/Content, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- • Proven ability to act as a T-shaped marketer—deep expertise in at least one channel with strong working knowledge across Paid, SEO, and CRO for technology companies
- • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, projecting confidence and empathy while driving strategic conversations and campaign performance
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI
- • Availability to travel occasionally for team events or client engagements (as needed)
- • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, including proactive learning about AI and automation applications in marketing and operations
