- • As a Demand Generation Manager at Directive Consulting, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing success for up to seven SMB clients, directly driving SQLs and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver measurable business impact.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning client relationships with empathy and confidence, project managing campaigns from strategy to execution, conducting deep technical work across paid, organic, and conversion channels, and consistently pitching and refining strategies to exceed client goals while acting as a trusted advisor.
- • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, performance marketing agency specializing in B2B SaaS clients, built around its proprietary Customer Generation methodology that prioritizes SQLs and revenue over traditional marketing metrics, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and client-centric results.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and client stakeholders, using tools like Zoom and Slack to maintain alignment, while enjoying the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. with optional access to the Irvine, CA office.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your T-shaped marketing expertise by mastering the full funnel—from strategy and technical execution to client communication and project management—positioning yourself as a high-impact individual contributor who drives both campaign performance and long-term client retention.
- • You’ll gain direct exposure to cutting-edge B2B marketing tactics, including AI and automation integration, while working with ambitious SaaS brands eager to scale, allowing you to build a portfolio of proven results and thought leadership in performance marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience
- • 2+ years of performance marketing experience (Paid Media, SEO, CRO)
- • Proven ability to act as a T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in SaaS marketing strategies
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget
- • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- • Availability to travel as needed for client or team engagements
