  • • As part of the Global Go-To-Market organization, the Associate, Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and customer engagement across target markets. The role focuses on improving campaign effectiveness, enhancing funnel performance, and driving operational efficiency across digital, event, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication channels; supporting account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority accounts; analyzing campaign, funnel, and engagement data to identify trends and optimize performance; collaborating with Sales and Marketing Operations on lead management and reporting; monitoring KPIs and dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness; coordinating campaign execution with internal stakeholders and external vendors; supporting planning and execution of virtual and in-person events; contributing to customer engagement initiatives such as webinars, nurture campaigns, and executive programs; identifying opportunities to improve campaign processes and targeting; managing relationships with agencies and vendors; and partnering with Product Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align campaigns with product launches and market priorities.
  • • The role operates within StarCompliance Limited’s Global Go-To-Market organization, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams to execute data-driven programs and monitor performance metrics aligned to business priorities.
  • • The person in this role can learn to optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies, deepen expertise in account-based marketing and funnel analytics, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and gain hands-on experience in campaign attribution, vendor management, and performance reporting — all while contributing directly to pipeline growth and customer engagement outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication channels
  • • Ability to analyze campaign, funnel, and engagement data to identify trends and optimize performance
  • • Experience supporting account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority accounts
  • • Proficiency in collaborating with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams
  • • Experience monitoring KPIs and reporting dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness
  • • Experience coordinating campaign execution with internal stakeholders and external vendors
