- • As a Demo Specialist I at HighLevel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impression of the HighLevel platform for prospective SaaS users, directly influencing conversion rates and early-stage customer engagement by delivering compelling, personalized product demonstrations that highlight the platform’s value in solving real-world marketing and sales challenges.
- • You will be responsible for conducting live and recorded software demos for inbound and outbound leads, tailoring each presentation to the prospect’s industry, role, and pain points, while answering pre-trial questions with clarity and confidence to reduce friction in the buyer’s journey and increase trial-to-paid conversion.
- • Your day-to-day will involve researching prospect backgrounds using CRM and intent data, preparing customized demo scripts that align with specific use cases (e.g., lead generation, automation, CRM, or agency management), and delivering seamless, engaging presentations via video conferencing tools with a focus on storytelling and value articulation.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather feedback on demo effectiveness, identify common objections, and contribute to the continuous improvement of demo flows, talk tracks, and enablement materials based on real-time prospect interactions.
- • You will maintain accurate records of all demo activities in the CRM, track key performance indicators such as demo-to-trial rate, engagement duration, and follow-up responsiveness, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets in a high-accountability, results-driven environment.
- • You will stay deeply knowledgeable about the HighLevel platform’s evolving feature set — including its AI-powered tools, white-label capabilities, multi-channel messaging, funnel builders, and automation workflows — through regular internal training, product updates, and self-directed learning to ensure you remain a trusted subject matter expert.
- • You will embody HighLevel’s culture of ownership and collaboration by proactively sharing insights, supporting peers, and participating in cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall prospect experience, reinforcing our mission to empower businesses through intuitive, all-in-one marketing and sales technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience delivering software demos, webinars, or virtual presentations in a SaaS, marketing technology, or CRM environment, with a track record of engaging prospects and driving trial sign-ups.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to non-technical audiences.
- • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), including the ability to track activities, manage follow-ups, and analyze engagement metrics.
- • Deep familiarity with the SaaS/marketing technology landscape, including concepts like lead nurturing, automation funnels, email/SMS marketing, and customer journey mapping.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with high accountability, demonstrating self-direction, time management, and resilience under pressure.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience demonstrating equivalent competency.
