  • • Spearhead the sales of fully integrated digital equipment, including scanners, 3D printers, and associated software, by executing a clear and effective sales process from lead generation to order submission.
  • • Conduct compelling web-based demonstrations of digital equipment, showcasing the full range of capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
  • • Provide expert product support and demonstrations at trade shows, engaging with attendees and driving interest in Henry Schein's digital solutions.
  • • Serve as the central point of contact for all digital workflow leads, ensuring efficient routing, management, and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Masterfully demonstrate and sell a comprehensive suite of digital offerings, encompassing advanced equipment, AI-driven diagnostic tools, innovative software modules, and recurring subscription services.
  • • Champion the integration and adoption of the Practice Management System (PMS) workflow, highlighting its benefits for enhanced usability and operational efficiency.
  • • Proactively promote and facilitate bundled sales strategies, encompassing not only digital equipment and software but also essential consumables such as resins and blocks, and specialized solutions for design, orthodontics, and implant dentistry.
  • • Foster and operationalize synergies between various Henry Schein business units (HSD, HS1, GORG & Ortho), ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and customer support.
  • • Collaborate effectively with highly trained Technology Sales Managers (TSMs) to optimize resource deployment, share expertise, and maximize overall sales potential across the territory.
  • • Clearly articulate the compelling value proposition of Henry Schein's digital workflow offerings, emphasizing how these solutions enhance practice efficiency, patient care, and profitability.
  • • Focus on customer retention post-equipment sale by actively promoting and bundling ongoing services, software updates, and consumable supplies, thereby securing valuable annuity revenue streams.
  • • Leverage insights from the Digital Revenue/Analytics team to inform and refine sales strategies, identify market trends, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • • Drive key company initiatives focused on achieving significant volume growth and ensuring the success of bundled sales strategies.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of industry practices and emerging trends in dental technology to provide informed guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • • Develop and maintain strong professional credibility through consistent performance, expert knowledge, and effective client relationship management.
