- • Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle for Devin and Windsurf, from initial deployment through activation and ongoing adoption.
- • Work directly with customer engineering teams to understand their workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and integrate Devin/Windsurf into real production environments.
- • Lead product demos, pilot programs, and technical onboarding sessions to drive customer success and platform utilization.
- • Build deep, trusted relationships with customers’ engineering staff to ensure seamless integration and sustained product adoption.
- • Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers before they impede customer progress, often switching context across multiple clients and systems.
- • Implement customer-requested features yourself, demonstrating a bias toward execution and hands-on problem-solving.
- • Advocate for customer needs internally by translating feedback into actionable product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the Cognition product team, acting as the "customer oracle" to inform product direction.
- • Operate in high-intensity, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision, making independent judgment calls to drive outcomes.
- • Travel 25–50% to engage with customers on-site, conduct workshops, and support critical deployments.
- • Continuously learn and adapt by embedding yourself in diverse, real-world engineering environments and tackling unfamiliar systems.
- • Exercise exploratory rigor by proactively identifying edge cases, asking uncomfortable questions, and uncovering problems before they escalate.
- • Maintain a strong focus on customer empathy, prioritizing how engineers work and what enables their success.
- • Take full ownership of results, not just assigned tasks, ensuring customers achieve measurable value from the Cognition platform.
