- • As a Deployed Strategist at Tessera Labs, you will drive how global enterprises deploy AI at scale by owning strategic customer engagements and operationalizing AI automation in a category with no established playbook, where your work can decisively impact billion-dollar project timelines.
- • You will run deep process discovery with customers, translate ambiguous needs into concrete requirements, drive solutions to production on the Tessera platform, partner with GTM and engineering teams, carry field insights back to shape product strategy, and lead on-site training to upskill customers.
- • You will join a remote-first company with hybrid offices in Union Square (NYC), San Francisco, and San José, working closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Center of Excellence teams while embedding directly into Fortune 500 customer environments up to 2-3 days per week.
- • You will develop exceptional autonomy, represent Tessera at the highest level, shape short- and long-term product strategy, and grow as a technical generalist by solving high-stakes, ambiguous problems that bridge customer outcomes and product innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing role such as Deployed Strategist, Technical Consultant, Solutions/Sales Engineer, Product Manager, or Solution Architect at a high-growth startup or technology firm
- • Technical fluency to reason about software systems, read architecture, and engage effectively with engineers and customer technical leads without needing to ship production code
- • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with an ownership mentality and ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and fast-moving deployments
