📋 Description

• • As a Deployment Lead at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers onto Rillet’s AI-native ERP platform, directly enabling accounting and finance teams to achieve faster, more accurate financial operations.
• • Day to day, you will lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans, analyze client accounting workflows to translate needs into practical solutions, guide customers through training and change management, support data migration and system setup, track milestones, identify risks, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
